What does the thin lines along the centerline up to the hold short line means?
It’s basically an enhanced holding position/centerline markings to make it more known to the pilot.
Aka hold short line above, don’t pass it 😂

So it means “Be alert! You are approaching a hold short line”
That’s a good way to put it, yes. It also helps the pilot to see the centerline in more detail.

They are called the Enhance Centerline:
its kinda a braking line, so when approaching hold short you start braking for hold short there.
