What does enter straight in mean?

Hi,
So I searched a lot for this question, but couldn’t find the answer, and I hope some of you can clear this up for me.

What does enter straight in mean? I’m assuming you turn to runway heading, but I’m not sure when should you do it. Like, do you need to do it when th controller tells you, or do you wait?

I hope someone can clarify this for me.

It means you should enter in the airspace straight on more then likely you won’t need to deviate at all.

You would turn to runway heading when on the localizer…

Adding on, it means that you most likely won’t be deviated (a difference from flight plan) by ATC
