What do you do to make your event organized

Hey everybody, so what do you do to make your events organized? To make it like gate, pilot, destination, airline, aircraft in an organized way. This is my event that I want to make more organized. So, you can use something like this:

| Gate | Pilot | Destination | Airline | Aircraft |
| — | — | — |
| Gate | Pilot | Destination | Airline | Aircraft |
| Gate | Pilot | Destination | Airline | Aircraft |
| Gate | Pilot | Destination | Airline | Aircraft |

Just without the spaces in the | — | — | —| only. Keep the spaces everywhere else.
