What counts as a flight?

For the 90 day flights, what exactly constitutes a flight? Does each TG count as a flight? Is it just landing? Every time you start at 1 airport terminal and park at another?

90 days are measured in flight time and landings

Please note that only time in the air counts as flight time and 1 flight time = 1 hour, also touch and goes count as landings as well.

But in that case, do T&Gs count as landings?
