By listening to real ATIS on some internet sites ahead of your landing

And you can check Flight Radar 24 to see which runway(s) the airport you are departing or taking off from is using. Or listen to real airport ATIS at liveatc.net like @James_Browne said

The event you joined will have active IFATC as well as real life approaches/departures. I’ve included the appropriate app/dep plates for your visual as well. Should make it as realistic as possible
