What camera do I buy?
I’m looking for something cheap that gives good quality as well (sth that can do JetPhotos / plane spotters.net pics)
What recommendations do y’all have?

Hey! What’s your budget. Also amazing choice to get a pro camera. As an avgeek plane spotting gets even more enjoyable. But also typically the more expensive you go, the better the quality
I don’t have a budget but I don’t wanna spend more than 700zl
I think that’s like $200 usd, so you’re best option I think would be to buy a used but good condition camera off ebay

I think you should ask @AndrewWu he’s a pro at this stuff. Personally I have the Canon EOS 2000D with a canon Ef 75-300mm lens which is 600usd

I feel you, camera’s, even decent ones are sooo expensive, I’ve learned the hard way

The more expensive the better, and @AndrewWu my mom has a Sony A7II sitting in the closet and I have an EOS 2000D, should I invest in a lense for the Sony, and if so which one
Yeah that could be a shout. If you sell your Canon gear you can probably afford a Tamron 70-300 RXD which will without question deliver better images on that A7ii. While the A7ii is no longer cutting edge it’s still very competent. The lens is like 400 bucks brand new. In the grand scheme of things it is also not a fantastic lens but it is leagues better than a Canon 75-300 lol
