What are the FNF best times?

I never done a FNF, but this week I will!

So I am wondering, what time should I do my flight when it is the most busy?

Around 1900-2200Z are the busiest times

Normally between 1600Z to 0000Z if you want a great range of time from above (but it can be very changeable). We have a great one planned this week so it will be busy no matter what!
