What are the requirements to be a controller of expert services?

Take a look at this thread. You need to pass a written and practical (controlling) test to be allowed into IFATC. Along with that you need to be at least grade 3 so you can access the expert server.

Since you are new you need to be active a little bit on the forum to get to Trust Level 1 (TL1) so you can PM a recruiter. Then follow the instructions in that thread exactly.
