What are the differences of the 737 MAX?
Good evening I was wondering what the difference is between the 737 -max
Because the 737 MAX X 10 is longer carried?
Thank you very much Gregdu69.

I don’t understand? You mean the variants of the max?
-MAX 10: Replacement for the 757.
-MAX 9: More efficient version for 737-900
-MAX 8: More efficient version for the 737-800
-MAX 7: More efficient version for the 737-700
I hope this helps! 😁
Yes the 737 max ✈✈🙂 @JT_Playz
Try this it might help 737 Max
Thank you for helping me to better understand the 737 MAX variants✈🙂
No problem! I’m glad I could help! 👍
That’s good. That helped me better understand✈🙂
I wouldn’t call the MAX 10 a 757 replacement, it’s still a narrow-body whereas the 757 is a mid-body. That’s what the 797 is supposed to be.
Also, there’s the MAX 200, which is a higher density version of the MAX 8 (200 pax) and the most efficient narrow-body on the market.
The 797 is a widebody (twin-aisle). But yeah the 737-MAX10 is not a 757 replacement, it meets neither the passenger numbers nor the range/performance. It’s their attempt at a response to the A321LR
I thought the same, but they are calling it a midsize and it seats a similar number to the 757 (225-275 depending on configuration). So even though it’s twin aisle, I’ll be interested to see how the seating works. Possibly a 1-2-1 or 2-2-2?
Wasn’t the 797 to replace the 767? I thought I heard from somewhere that the MAX 10 was to replace the 757-200.
787 is the designated replacement for the 767.
They haven’t yet settled on a final design for the 797.
Like the A321, The MAX 10 will be able to satisfy about 80% of the 757 flight profiles. Although the M10 will have the pax capacity but will still need a longer runway, faster take off speeds than the 57 and climb performance will be less
So it could be a replacement for the 757?
I’d still say it’s not just because the MAX 10 is filling a market that wasn’t there when the 757 was built. The MAX 10 is more beneficial in the increasingly popular point to point market now that airlines can fill that many seats on shorter routes. So yes, the MAX 10 does fill some of the 757’s market in the more popular short hauls, but it doesn’t have the range for those less popular long hauls.
Just noticed you changed your profile picture 😯
I found this website dedicated to 737 that explains the differences between the MAX and NG versions of the 737
It’s been a few days, but I’d say that with that said the MAX10 is not a 757 replacement, just a rushed competitor to the A321LR (and that’s coming from a Boeing fan). It was a response to the lack of B39M orders, and I doubt much will come of it apart from a gap-filler until the 797
hank you very much for giving me this site.🙂🙂✈🛫🛬✈
