I have done:

SYD > LHR via DRW. Or SIN.
DOH > EZE.
SYD > SCL.
AKL > SCL.
FRA > SCL.
ICN > MEX.
HND > MEX.
AMS > UIO. This one is very nice because of Airport Altitude.

With Copa Airlines 738 I have flew:
GRU > PTY.
EZE > PTY.
SFO > PTY.

Or British Airways A318.
LCY > JFK.
JFK > LCY.

All of these routes are real and those are the real aircraft listed, if it says (via ……) that is because IRL the flight stops over in that airport but if you really want I you can ignore it if you want, just wanted to include for maximum realism.

You really like Hong Kong don’t you! (Makes sense because that’s where you live) Can’t blame you though, there are awesome long haul flights in and out of there.

Well those are also flights I have done or are planning to do on the challenge I am doing haha, the rules are all flights have to start in HK and use real routes and aircraft to get to the destinations suggested by irl friends and the IFC haha, so that is the other reason

UUEE - MUHA

Aeroflot and Nordwind airline both fly these route.
B773
B772

Moscow Sheremetyevo - Havana, Cuba.
Around 13hrs. Has amazing views of the Carribiean, Florida, Finland and North of Russia

My personal favorite is KIAD-EGLL on United 777. You can’t go wrong with the overseas flights though.

my go-to long haul and ultra long hauls are KLAX-VHHX and KJFK-VHHX aboard either Northwest Airlines or Cathay Pacific.

One of my most memorable ones in my opinion was my first long haul which was EGLL - KATL. I know it’s a pretty basic route but it was the first one I ever flew without quitting halfway and that’s why that one specifically is one I honor the most if that makes sense.
