My favorite spot by far was when I passed Mount Fuji while flying Tokyo to Hong Kong, you have to make a visit there sometime.

I decided to fly to Jumbolair (FL17) outside of Ocala Florida… it’s a very interesting concept for people who want to land their planes in their backyard. I thought I’d drop in and park up at John Travolta’s house.
Then saw this oddity on approach to Rapid City… had to go back to investigate!

Sure thing…Not sure of the 4 fields I have posted the two you want, so i’ve posted all 4. For Milford Sound… (NZMF) a Cessna is the only thing you can get in there… from Queenstown… (I’ve done it for real) Easter Island is (SCIP.) John Travolta’s house is (FL17) Jumbolair Airport just North West of Orlando in Florida. The one nr. Rapid City I believe is (SD77) Barber strip… I saw it on an approach to Rapid City…

Depends… A320’s usually for short ones… Milford sound is a Cessna Caravan at MAX… My faves are AB320/321 B787/777

Manmade islands off the cost of United Arab Emirates. Closer to Dubai or Abu Dhabi the capital. Not sure.

One stand out moment was first time I flew long haul on a VHHH-YSSY sector, had the time on ‘real time’ and witnessed a fantastic sunrise at 40,000 over the Phillapeans. Fantastic
The awesome views you get whenever you’re departing or even in cruise with the transitioning of dusk to dawn or the sunset and of course the night sky with the stars, never imagined a day where we would actually see stars in infinite flight
This addendum is only posted here only as an element of clarification… you incorrectly identified the airport near John Travolta…it is 17FL…which the FAA gave special dispensation to the actor to extend the rwy to approx 7500 ft and construct a taxiway to his estate in the air park vicinity …making it the longest privately owned paved rwy in the U.S. while he had his B707 jet …which he has since donated to an Australian historical restoration society as of 2017…a Wiki link is posted below …also FL17 is Ruckel Airport near Eglin AFB which only has a max rwy length of 3300 ft !!!
