LHR/EGLL → JFK/KJFK
My personal favourite A380 route:
NRT/RJAA → HNL/PHNL ANA A380s
My favourite overall route to fly:
JFK/KJFK → HKG/VHHH CX (CATHAY) A359/77W
Short with fun approach:
KTM/VNKT → PBH/VQPR B3 (Royal Bhutan) A319
Longest Boeing 777-300ER flight:
JED/OEJN → LAX/KLAX SV (Saudia) 77W
Longest flight:
JFK/KJFK → SIN/WSSS SQ (Singapore) A359
Big plane, short runway, tricky approach:
LIS/LPPT → FNC/LPMA TAP A339
Isolated country:
PEK/ZBAA → FNJ/ZKPY CA (Air China) B738

As for just in general popular routes are:
KLAX-KSFO - A320, B737, E75L, occasionally B752 with Delta. Airlines mostly include Delta, AA, Frontier, SkyWest, United, Horizon, Southwest, Alaskan, etc.
YSSY-KLAX - good pacific long haul route operated on: QF A380, UAL B789, Delta A350-900, AA B77W.
KLAX-EGLL - Long haul Atlantic route operated on BA A380, AA B772, Virgin Atlantic B789, AA B77W, United 789, etc.
YMML-YSSY - sort of common, definitely one of the most popular southern hemisphere short haulers - Virgin Australia, QF B738 (and occasionally Qantas may operate the 787-9 or A332 but nowhere near as often as their 737s), Jetstar A320.
EGLL-LFPG - You are likely to always find at least one person doing this route at any given point - BA A320/319, Air France A220-300
KJFK-EGLL - Yeah another London route, I’d say medium/long haul transatlantic route, not as long as the KLAX one - BA 773, Virgin Atlantic A339neo, Delta A339neo, Jetblue a321, Delta B764, BA 77L, AA 772, Virgin Atlantic B789, etc. Those are most the aircraft options for that, there’s a few more but just less common to see.
Yeah so as far as these routes go, they’e very well known and very popular to take so I hope you get something out of this.
