Most likely a charter, it’s weird they put it at a gate though.
It could also be a special livery like how Alegiant Airlines has the Make A Wish on the A320

How do you know what specfic variant it is?

Well I can tell it’s not the 300 because of the engines but with the wings and the length it could be any variant .Not really sure just my opinion but I may be wrong just wondering How you can distinct between such variants with a low quality image
