What aircraft are allowed on the expert server

I have been wondering if the ATC restricts any aircraft in areas with ATC, because they say in the ATIS “no light aircraft”, and I have been wondering what aircraft are listed? It would be appreciated if somebody can tell me.

Basically, no really small GA Props as they can hold up queues pretty bad.

To add, please keep up with commercial speeds, about 200knts until about final, or when you are safe with no traffic for a certain amount of distance behind you, that won’t cause a go around.
