The more I spot at other airports the more I realize Toronto is actual garbage for spotting. Anyways…
With the exception of low variety, Calgary actually isn’t bad to spot at. Here are some shots I got this summer.
Shot on D7500 + Tamron 100-400
My main objective this time around was to grab a WestJet 787 in golden light since that’s only possible in Toronto with some serious delays.

Aside from that, there was some other cool stuff like this Condor 767
Nice to finally see a cargo airline that’s not Aerologic (Toronto get more cargo variety please)
I bet half of you didn’t know WestJet had Saabs
I was hoping for golden hour on this one but the sun went down 5 minutes before 😡

YYZ isn’t my home airport either lol I’d love to have that kind of traffic where I live. I just spot there bc it’s my closest intl airport.
