Hey everyone, I’d like to know if servers were overcrowded when infinite flight hadn’t global?
Short answer: yep! Especially since the majority of the users were in a region with atc, and mostly doing the same route between a few airports.
Like in training they always do KLAX-KSFO LMAO 😂
Thank you for the anwser!
(I am asking it because I am doing video)
Not before global. Norcal and Socal were 2 different regions.
Or KLAX-EGLL lol
Back in 2017 Pre-Global. KLAX-KNUC was a highway. It was only Socal Route everybody did.
Yeah I remember, I was flying at KNUC with an A388 lol
And the crazy amount of A380s merging with eachother at spawn points.
Yeah now KNUC is just for light aircraft
Man I remember that route! Was good fun flying in the packed airways though.
Hey! Don’t forget KPSP. >:(
Don’t forget to mention my man KONT @Pingu
Charlotte could get busy but the worst was EGLL/EGBB when KNUC got calm on Socal
This post just brought back so many memories! Departing out of San Diego or KNUC used to take an hour or so around peak times.
Don’t forget about KLAX-KSAN, I remember guys filling A380s at KSAN like it’s Dubai.
Definitely. It was a concern also that there would be very little traffic for ATC but that since has proven to not be an issue. On the London region for example the whole top of the region could be utilised with aircraft being vectored into EGBB from London. Quite the long 40 minute approach!
Lol, i did KSAN-KLAX all the time
You can’t do KLAX-KSFO in pre-global.
I meant KSAN. My bad
KLAX & KSFO were In a two different regions. ;)
People used to fly KLAX-KNUC or KLAX-KSAN all the time. 😂 ahhh I miss those days man!
