Back in May, JetBlue announced a huge expansion from Fort Lauderdale, FL 
as a response to the collapse and closure of Spirit Airlines. In the announcement, many domestic and international destinations were planned including 2 major ones for the month of October, Barranquilla and Cali both major Colombian 
cities B6 has never served and that Spirit previously served. While Cali service won’t begin for another 2 weeks, Barranquilla service inaugurated today with the special NYFD Airbus A320. And since I enjoy flying to Colombia regardless of origin or carrier, I knew I had to do this!
