This Friday (2/14) I am planning on making a trip report regarding a very unique flight and I want to talk about its history but I can’t really find good information about it especially when it first started.
If anybody knows any websites where you can see the history about a certain route please let me know.

It’s a little unconventional, but try looking for old airline advertisements (like posters). They’ll oftentimes have a route map of sorts in the back.

@Mort I managed to find this one while I doesn’t have the route I’m after it does let me know that American Airlines started flying Miami to Cali, Colombia in August of 1990 which will probably always be my favorite air route
A good way to find sorta old routes is jetphotoes. Used the advanced filter option to filter an airline, and order it from photo taken date oldest. Some may be titled as “00-00-0000”, just scroll past those
