Opened up the IF website and i saw this.
Why did this happen anyway? I had to refresh to fix it.
Looks like a temporary connection issue causing the website to not completely load.

Precisely. Happened to me perhaps more times than it should’ve, all of which when the internet connection was slow.

yea, this is a common internet issue. Happens to me all the time with gmail and outlook. Normally, a quick reset of your router will fix it.
