Airbus A380 stationary vertical takeoff? Check!
It’s probably a bug.
Not again , happened in Hawaii a few months back. It will reset soon , but it is fun to do some floating about so to say while it lasts !
Be aware of the possibility of getting a easy violation , so only do it on the casual server !
It was fun to float around (and crash a lot) for a while.
I wanted to jump in a Cessna 172 to see what happened, but when I re spawned it had fixed itself :/
Definitely nearly got a violation a few times.
Don’t tell people when this happens otherwise the devs fix it and you can’t do vertical takeoff’s in an A380.
I live about an hour and a half away from Oshkosh and we’ve been having horrible wind for the past two days but definitely not 250 knots lol.
That very equivalent to 250kts to me.
Hahaha, not quite 250 knots, winds were about 40-60 mph for two days. Blew the roof off of our shed outside and scattered garbage cans everywhere. Had a few power outages as some trees fell down as well. Pretty crazy as we don’t usually get bad wind like that here.
I can imagine a vertical take off of a A380 is quite amusing. But really how did ya run into 250kn winds
Ah yes. I was flying there an hour ago in my Cessna when I thought my flight had froze. But I was actually stationary with 170 knot winds. Auto pilot was no help and took a dive. There were no survivors.
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire final question:
What is causing the 250 knot winds at the Oshkosh Region in Infinite Flight Live Servers?
A. A real natural disaster
B. A bug or a computer virus
C. A Weather-Controlling Satellite controlled by aliens
D. A wizard who has been bribed by a student who forgot to learn for his final exams
Ahem…Ahem Area 51 weather station
Sorry, but the correct answer is Option B! You win 500,000 USD!
Definetly D, IF(Infinite Flight) don’t have bug;)
Back on topic, somethimes the wetger API if uses gives wrong information.
