Anyone else having problems with the weather on approach? initially it was foggy, as I approached the airport the weather quickly cleared.

Maybe there is no fog in the area where the airport is located, don’t you think this is normal? If you don’t find it normal, I recommend you review the graphics settings.
He’s talking about the game, I have had this happen to me multiple times when approaching multiple airports. I was on APPR about on about a 2 mile final when the fog cleared and it was perfectly clear, then I take of auto pilot and then the fog comes back again. I just deal with it but I think this happens to everyone.

I think this is related to game rendering. I often encounter this situation where the fog suddenly disappears when climbing or descending to a certain altitude. Also, when I set the time to night, the fog disappears, and I can clearly see the runway lights. Of course, I don’t think this is a bug. I think it’s great that IF achieves this kind of effect.

I understand, I think this is a bug caused by the game. I can’t say anything about it since I don’t know much about it.

The weather (including wind) changing on approach/final is a known issue.
The current system used for weather will be improved in a future update.
