There are specific airport or u can say routes where simbreif give some wired waypoint in Sid and star which are far from actual route.
I usually delete it but after that sid and star will get removed as the waypoint are not proper according to game but that doesn’t make sense to me I know it’s, a glitch but I thought I should make this post so to know any other gets annoyed like me 😅
Simbrief isn’t created by IF so sometimes the format isn’t compatible or there are two fixes with the same name and it picks the wrong one. It sucks but you’re not alone. I usually just delete that fix from my FPL or search for the waypoint name and find the correct one.

IF and Simbrief don’t have the same AIRAC, so Simbrief waypoints may be in a different place in IF. Personally it’s not too frustrating though, I just add the IF procedure and that’s it.
I had the same issue when flying to Trivandrum, best course of action is to manually delete the offending waypoint and keep the rest. Not ideal and ruins the STAR, but with the remaining altitudes and waypoints, you should still arrive safely to your destination.
