Water hills

Those are simply faulty data from the source. Elevation data often contains errors but there is also a good chance that we have some sampling issues on top of that. We do flatten areas around airports. We tried to do the same for water regions but ended up with more issues and decided to postpone until we improve the terrain.

This can happen unfortunately … the elevation data we are using does have a few artifacts here and there.
