I didn’t know if it was a trick question but is that reverse thrust (doesn’t engage before ground contact?)?:
On the ground your vs would have to be zero of course, but I guess you mean just prior to contact?
I assume it’s just some sort of replay glitch tbh. I paused the replay pretty much as I touched down and the reversers and spoilers just deployed, so I’m assuming it’s just something to do with the replay because otherwise it’s not possible 
And yeah I meant my FPM at touchdown
