Good Day IFC! As some of you are aware, VT-ALL, an infamous Boeing 777-300ER belonging to Air India, finally took off from Nagpur after being mothballed for over 6 years! This aircraft never saw the pandemic, never saw the airspace bans, essentially living in a time capsule prior to the privatization of Air India. Today I took VT-ALL on a ferry flight from AIESL’s maintenance base in Nagpur (VANP) to Mumbai (VABB), where it will receive final touches at Air India’s hangar.

Instead of using the rapid exit taxiway near T1, we make a nice sharp left turn and enter the hangar kingdom, where our aircraft is parked for further touches and cleaning before returning to service!
