We welcome you back to RAF Fairford for another vRIAT!
This is the 3rd time we have decided to run the popular vRIAT show on this simulator, and it keeps getting better every year! Some of the improvements you will see in 2024 are:
- Air Traffic Control now available on the Discord Server
- New fun games for pilots being introduced on the Discord Server
Just like 2023, we have decided to introduce some themes to this vRIAT, but instead of 2 themes, we have got 3 for you this year! They are listed below:
Primary Theme - 75 years of NATO
This is the theme to send all sorts of different aircraft from a wide variety of NATO countries! Remember, you are allowed to represent any country you want, as always, even if the livery is not in the simulator!
Secondary Theme 1 - 50 years of the C130 Hercules
We are hoping for a wide line-up of exotic 'Hercs from around the globe with this theme, made especially special because some rare liveries, like Oman and India are actually present in the game!
Secondary Theme 2 - 100 years of the Royal Canadian Air Force
This is the theme for all the Canadian assets you can bring! If you want to follow these theme, also feel free to bring any Canadian registered civil assets as well, as we appreciate the simulator does not have a lot of RCAF liveries.
