How many time can you vote? I have voted 2 times and it says that I can only vote 3 more times.

If my memory serves me right Basic/TL1 users have five votes, and when you move up to Member/TL2 you get ten votes.
Right now you’re TL1, so I’d assume that’s why you have three left after using two.

And the reason for the limitation is so people vote for what they truly want instead of just everything
