Volume on ATC

For some reason, on two different flights today, I could communicate with ATC but not hear their replies, only see them as text. Everything with my device was fine (Good Wi-Fi, volume on, Bluetooth off etc.). When I later was an air traffic controller myself, the same problem occurred. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

ATC audio is sometimes interrupted by device notifications, such as phone calls.

Try resetting your audio settings by going to Settings > Online > Default Voice > eg. [Karen en-AU]. Re-selecting your desired voice profile should troubleshoot this issue next time.
