Volcano Katla set to erupt

Volcano Katla located in Iceland is showing “highly hazardous” signs of erupting, say researches. This may cause hundreds of flight cancellations around Europe. A similar situation occurred 8 years ago in 2010 when another volcano named eyjafjallajokul (AY-yah-fyah-lah-YOH-kuul.) erupted and caused cancellations to thousands of flights in western and Northern Europe for six days. The consequent effects will also hit airlines and passengers.
