This is happening many times to me nowadays. After I returned back to infinite flight I can see a bug where the voice is cracking a lot in the game after playing it for some time or if the game crashes. I tried restarting my iPad but it it occurs again. I also reinstalled infinite flight but it keeps on happening. At first I though this is a speaker issue with my iPad but I used AirPods and same thing is happening again.

This is ATC voice update, everything is okay
This was a feature added in 24.3 - ATC transmissions now have a slight “radio sound effect”.

Hi, it’s not only the issue with the atc but also normal aircraft sound
Maybe, the flickering geets more agressive
Next time it happens, try the workaround that Jan suggests in the topic.
Triggering Siri seems to help in many of those cases.

Known issue on certain iPad models with iPadOS 18.
As a workaround, trigger Siri.
You have to do that every time the app is launched.
