It comes to my attention that I spotted a visual problem while taxiing to the runway a few minutes ago at Doha, is anyone else having this? (Excuse the video that I was watching below.)

This is certainly an interesting issue that has been reported before, however, is it something that’s consistently reproduceable? It is possible that these issues are sporadically occurring issues that are resolved after a restart. Not to mention, without any concrete steps to reproducing this issue, I don’t think a lot could be done.

It’s the first time I’ve ever encountered this sort of issue, so I’m not sure if it’s reproducible on my iPhone because I have not tested that yet.
Might also be worth clearing the scenery cache on your iPad.
