Visiting my future workplace

As my ATC training is coming to an end I have been assigned to Berlin (EDDB). I visited two weeks ago and here are some phone pictures I took:

Deicing is conducted on separate apron stands on the way to the runway.

A selection of parked private jets including the relatively rare D328

If this was a cherry tree blooming this would have been a great shot

Some aircraft parked at T1, taken when I was allowed to ride along in a runway checker vehicle

We also stopped beneath the glide path and I was allowed to exit the vehicle to take videos l, sadly can’t upload them here. Later we were also allowed to get out on the runway, certainly a very cool experience

Georgian Airlines arriving in 24L

A beautiful A32N by Austrian arriving on the same runway

Here we have a VistaJet-jet parked at the GAT

Wide view of the terminal section used by EasyJet exclusively as well as my workplace in the background. How do you like it?

Lastly a first for me: A Sun Air J328 wearing the BA livery

Nothing very interesting… but I have had a nice office view from the 40th floor of a tower for some years. I enjoyed it quite a lot. I am now back to the near ground level.
Good luck in your new (high) position!

That’ll take you even higher, with even greater views! Best of luck on that journey.

Bro so lucky :sob::sob::sob:

I also think so but I also think a bit of work was the reason I got picked because the selection process was very tough and I managed to make it through by preparing and giving my best on the day
