Hey! Not exactly a virtual RAF, but if you’re interested in military VOs, there’s the GAF (Global Air Forces), which is a consortium of various virtual air forces across the globe. Here’s their thread:

European Air Forces is what you’re looking for. All our squadrons currently are UK based.
