How do you join one?
And it’s there a process/requirement before you can join/take part.

Hey there MeOldMukka! Great question! At IFVARB you can find all the VA/VO’s that are looking for staff! Also, I’m looking for high-ranking staff in my non-official VA callled AeroEurope. Anyways! I hope this helped!

If you just want to join a VA as a pilot you can have a look through the #live:va category. The VAs post their advertisement there and you can go and apply for one if you meet all the requirements the VA has set out.
