British Airways is fine. It is expected that it’s a VA

Firstly welcome to the community as I see you are new !

If you are referring as in the real life airline then you are out of luck as it is already been created and has been existing for quite some time now , haha ! if you are wishing to make a VA then contact the IFVARB ( @Ben_Schenk @NEO @JoshFly8 ) and they will help you out with all the formalities involved with making a VA !

However you have to be TL2 to make a VA and you are TL0 , so your going to have to wait sometime I’m afraid.

I seriously recommend joining a VA of your choice , prefabably a great VA like British Airways VA 😉, and see how much time and effort it take to run a VA before you take the plunge into the world of VA ownership !

A lot of pilots fly for more than one VA, it’s a good idea to spend sometime researching different ones to find one that suits the style of flying you like and gain experience with them. Most VAs are also looking for experienced staff to join them as staff. Check out the database at the top of this thread which lists all the VAs here on IFC.

Yeah at BA VA we don’t mind at all if your in two all the way to two thousand VA’s when your a pilot at BA VA , you are obviously expected to be remain reasonably active within the VA.
