I am flying across the atlantic in the a380 at FL 350. There is violent turbulence with extreme wing flex, also with the throttle fluctuating rapidly, what is going on?
I think you’ve answered your own question there, really - you’ve encountered some turbulence. The winds over the northern Atlantic are pretty strong at the moment, and there seems to be some clear air turbulence in the same area.
I’d recommend checking out windy.com, they have a ton of weather data, including aviation-specific information, right at your fingertips.

Are you sure you aren’t overweight for the altitude?
Jet stream is most likely causing this.
