How do I get a violation? I’m on lvl one and I need help doing it
Why do you want a violation?
Why do you want a violation? You receive them from doing things that you aren’t supposed to such as taxing/taking off without permission, inappropriate call signs, trolling.
And by not following ATC, going above 35kts on the taxiways, going above 250kts lower than 10k feet, etc…
If you are trying to move up grades, the main point is to get flight hours and landings without making mistakes/ getting violations.
Never heard of wanting a violation before 🤣
@JerPixar the violation figures in the Grade table are the MAXIMUM you can have. You don’t want to get violations.
Ok guys let’s take this thread seriously. I think he is trying to know how you an get violations so he can avoid losing grades.
First off - Welcome to the community! We hope you enjoy your stay here.
Second - To get a violation you break rules that are put in place to help the higher servers have more realism. Note that you don’t get violations on the casual server, which is where you first end up on a new account.
Third - There are many websites that can help you learn more. Below is the official website by Infinite Flight:
Fourth - As people said: you try to gain landings and flight hours WITHOUT violations. If you do end up gaining a violation, here are the “punishments”:
LVL1: Not the worst one - you get by overspeeding. If you get 3 Overspeed violations in a row, you are kicked out of the live server, but you can immediately spawn back in providing that your violation to landing ratio does not exceed the required amount by the server you’re in and your grade. This violation is issued by the system.
LVL2: Not the worst one but you are getting into the danger zone. The Infinite Flight website says, “The pilot is disconnected from the server but can continue the flight offline. The pilot may return to the Expert Server immediately by starting a new flight provided the number of Level 2 and 3 Violations remain under the server-allowed limits” (Find it here). This violation, unlike LVL1 violations, are issued by the ATC.
LVL 3: The worst one - you are out of the expert server for a week and will be chilling in the training server. Try not to get this. You can get this by (examples) entering the runway without permission, failure to execute a missed approach, etc. These violations, like LVL2 violations, are issued by ATC.
That’s all I’ve got to say! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Enjoy your stay with us, and please DON’T TRY TO GET VIOLATIONS. THEY ARE FOR YOU TO AVOID.
Please don’t seek violations for the sake of number go up.
The number of violations shown on the grade table is equivalent to how many driving tickets can one get before a driving license suspension
Spawn in at my airport and I’ll give you one
All you have to do is get into a busy server takeoff on the taxi way in a expert server and fly at 60,000 ft
Damn you tryna speedrun leaving IFATC? 💀
I think he’s only G1, can only fly on CS, as we all know there are no violations on CS…
wait wait why do you want a violation-
This gave me a a good laugh haha 😆
Yup you’re right lol.
I mean hey he asked lmao
Thanks for welcoming @JerPixar to the community and taking time to explain violations. I likewise would like to welcome to @JerPixar to the Infinite Flight Community or IFC (abbreviated).
IFC is a highly diverse community with members of all ages and backgrounds, this includes location and native language. For example, I’m 50 years old, a former First Officer with a regional carrier (over 25 years industry experience), and an American.
English is my native language, but I also know Spanish. When I don’t use my Spanish regularly, I get rusty and sometimes what I want to say just comes out wrong.
Whenever we see a post such as the OP’s inquiry, it’s important to remember they could be one of our younger members, they may not speak English as a native language, or it could be a combination of factors. It could be a troll, but it’s most likely to be a misunderstanding and/or lost in translation issue.
I realize everyone is well intentioned with their responses, but kudos to @buttarmachein for attempting to better understand the question and provide a detailed response.
:)
I’m chinese LOL so yea this community is diverse and that’s what i like about it
