Violations question

Hello guys, I hope you are all well!

I have a question regarding violations, first of all I apologize for my “amateurism” here in the community, it’s been years since I entered here.

It occurred to hit some violations in which I was demoted to grade 2 and being prohibited from flying on the expert server, and I would like to know how long this restriction is active until I can fly normally on the expert server again, there was a level two taxi violations in which the control claimed that I taxied without permission, however there was no control at the moment and we were communicating through UNICOM, when the control became active, I was already at the waiting point for takeoff and he reported me claiming that I taxied without permission and the other violation which that I really had It was the fault of the “not followed instructions” in which it took me extra time to respond to the instruction given.

Well, that’s it, if someone can help me with this doubt, and even give me tips, I really appreciate it!

Tks all everybody :)

You can have a maximum of 5 level 2/3 violations in the past year, so if you’ve hit this then you will regain ES access 1 year from the date of your earliest of the 5.

From what you’re asking, it looks like you are saying you only got two level 2 violations.

To be Grade 3 & access the ES, it says you can only have 5 level 2/3 violations in 1 year as Andrew said, BUT you are allowed 0 level 2/3 within the last 7 days to be Grade 3.

So if you got a level 2 within the last 7 days, you will need to wait 7 days from the last one to have 0 within 7 days and reach grade 3 again.

If you have over 5, then the answer is as Andrew described 🫡

Also, if you get a violation & really feel that it is incorrect, you can appeal with a replay and explanation 🫡

Since this is a Level 2 violation, you should still have access to the Expert Server if you have fewer than six ATC violations.

However after a quick check you have 6 violation in a year so,The good news is You’ll regain access to the Expert Server on 2025-03-29T17:19:00Z, Use this time to reflect and improve your skills we’re confident you’ll return better than ever.

In the meantime, I encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Flying Guide These resources are designed to help you better understand ATC instructions and improve situational awareness, minimizing the likelihood of similar issues in the future.

Kindly contact the @appeals team to submit an appeal for a violation, If you believe you’ve been wrongfully reported, either by the system or by a controller, you can use This Link to get in touch with the appeals team, who will be happy to assist you.

Sorry to hear that you’ve received a violation. We hope it can be reversed!
