extremely frustrated with the way violations are issued and handled. I wish there was a way to handle things professionally and fairly. If anyone knows of another multiplayer program, perhaps it’s time to try another one. After many years on a paid subscription for me and friends, its becoming ridiculous the way things are handled.
Well, we have the appeals team to contact. I can assure you they are very professional and don’t ever take sides. If you’re frustrated with it, so be it.

Most Controllers only issue violations if you are not following instructions (I.e. not expediting altitude change, TO w/o permission, LDG w/o permission, not conducting and instrument approach many times etc, etc), however in crowded hubs you can get a violation for exiting the runway the wrong way.
Appeals team can revoke violation, but first remember to review this topic:
