Hi. It looks like you need to have an eye test as the screen gives you your answer clearly. You have 45 violations compared to 37 landings in the past 12 months. You need to have fewer violations than landings to access the training server now. See the pinned topic which is very clearly at the top of his forum. Thank you! (:
