Two weeks ago, I received a Level 2 violation because I left the device aside due to an emergency at home. That’s why I reached the maximum number of violations required to fly on the Expert Server. I’d like to know how long I have to wait to return to Expert Server Level 3? I feel like I’m paying a subscription for nothing, because I don’t want to fly on the Training Server.
Thank You!
Hey there! Welcome to the Community!
Based on your wording, it sounds you have accumulated 6 Level 2/3 violations in the last 12 months - a screenshot of your grade table to confirm this would be useful though.
You will regain access to the Expert Server whenever the oldest of these 6 becomes more than a year old (to the exact minute).
Hello and welcome!
Ben is correct. I just checked your stats, and it appears you have indeed 6 violations in the past 365 days, so, what has been said above applies. The date when you will regain access to the Expert Server is this one: 2025-10-17T15:03:00Z.
As a tip: if you have an emergency and need to step away from your device, if you are able, you may quickly close your flight to avoid violations. If it is not possible, unfortunately, not much can be done to avoid one if you are in a critical phase of the flight.
I’m not entirely sure about the reason for the previous five Level 2/3 violations, but as another, general tip, I suggest you to always follow the ATC instructions and Expert Server rules.
While it is frustrating to fly on Casual and Training servers when the Expert is there, the violations you received happened for a reason and it is crucial, as I said above, to follow all the instructions and rules to avoid receiving some.
Let us know if you have questions, and have a good day!
I encourage you to read the user guide as a lot of helpful information is there regarding ATC instructions and how exactly to follow them. We would never give out unnecessary violations. We look forward to having you again on the Expert Server!
The user mentioned they received the violation two weeks ago, so, it is not possible to appeal it anymore. Violations more than 7 days old are not eligible for appeal
I didn’t file any appeals because I was previously re-enabled on the Expert server after a week. That’s why I waited 7 to 8 days and still couldn’t fly on the Expert server again. I sincerely ask for help from a member here to forgive me for the last violation I suffered, because it was due to a family matter at the time.
I’ve been playing for over 7 years, and this is the first time it’s happened to me. Honestly, paying every month and not being able to play on the expert server discourages me.
As shown in your 2nd last picture and as mention by Jinco, you need to wait until the oldest Lvl2/3 violation to expire to regain access to the expert server. Since you have 6 lvl 2/3 in the past year, you are not able to access the expert server.
Looking at your 3rd picture, you received this lvl 2 violation due to not responding to ATC during climb, descent or manoeuvring so I assume your VNAV was activated during your flight resulting in you descending during the time you are away from your device. I would recommend that you not do that and only activate VNAV 1 min before TOD to prevent similar issues from happening (if any).
I can see from those screenshots that all but 1 of your level 2/3 violations are for essentially not following ATC instructions.
I would highly recommend that in the meantime between now and regaining access to Expert Server, that you have a thorough read through of the User Guide, including the section on ATC Communication - both linked below:
