I’ve been playing this game for years now and I’ve yet to understand why level (two) and (three) violations are in the same category for a 365 day ban from the game level 3 violations are in a category by themselves level 2 should be as well simply because level two violations can be given out for fixes or you missed your runway or something like that level 3 is if your making complete zero sense in the game and have absolutely no idea what you’re doing also another thing with my years of playing this game I’ve realized that Atc appeal team is very bias the chances of you getting a appeal won is 4/10 and I’ve experienced that with all of mines only 2 got undid out of the 80 my account has another thing is the ATC in general they don’t have that much communication skills with pilots I’ve personally been giving a grade 3 violation for missing my runway and declaring a go around I mean when you’re landing with not even one NM of visibility flying without ILS because the plane is way too heavy nothing I can do also I’ll like to see a future that pilots can put themselves in a holding pattern to burn off fuel miscommunication is the main reason people get ban from expert server I’ve had many issues with ATC and personally think that the community itself the moderators always close the post for no reason hopefully this don’t get close

This have been the system for MANY years. Nothing is new here.
In terms of appeals, yes they do feel biased when you’re in the wrong. But we’re monitoring their calls on a regular basis and have never seen anything indicating that.
