I’m Grade 1 But I was 2 Yesterday It is because my Max Violations I’m wondering how long these take to reset so I can get back to my rank Also Wondering The Best Way To Earn XP
It will take 3 days to get back to grade 2 unless you make violations again. Take a look at this. Grade 2 could only have 25 violations in a three day period.

You will most likely only have to wait a day to get back to grade 2, unless you got more then 5 violations. The best way to earn XP is through landings, so do some touch and goes.
