Unfortunately I believe Level 1 violations can not be appealed as most of them are user error you fell asleep and missed the violation which is user error. Here is a quote from Drummer

Level 1 Violations are given if you overspeed. Unfortunately those cannot be appealed. Do you mind sending a full image of your Violation so I can give you some more info? Thanks!
