I had 6 2/3 violations in the last year so I am ineligible for ES, but one of mine is now a day over a year and it still says I have 6.

have you made a complaint yet with ifstaff?
Do a quick flight on casual like a pattern work at an airport and it should work

they can sometimes help, there is a thread out there that helps with this stuff.
