Hello, if you received a Level 3 Violation, then that was issued by an IFATC. Make sure you have a replay and follow the guidelines on how to appeal a violation here:

The algorithim you’re using can’t keep on dishing out violations with out cause.

Level 3 violations are given out by human ATC, it’s not an automated algorithm unlike for Level 1 violations.
