I got downgraded from grade 2 to 1 after these violations and i connot play multiplayer. Can anybody tell me how i play multiplayer now ?

You can. If you are Grade 1, you have access to the Casual Server. You can quickly do some landings to get your violation ratio back below the limit for Grade 2.
