Hey there!
Reports cannot be added to someone’s account after the incident has occurred. Either active ATC or a supervisor/moderator/staff member has to witness it.
Also, the best thing to do is to reach out to the pilot via private message (if they have an IFC and/or Discord account) - calling them out publicly is not the way to go about things.
