I didn’t hear any violation warning for overspeeding, this came out of the blue. Is this an open beta bug???

I genuinely didn’t know, there was no beeping; i only realised when i was disconnected from the server
The speed limit of Airbus320 is 0.90. Obviously, you have exceeded it. This is a speed violation issued by the system. You can’t appeal about it. The only way to avoid it is to comply with the speed limit.
Maybe you had your volume turned down?
As a rule of thumb, you shouldn’t be climbing at more than 300kts in a narrowbody and 315 in a widebody.
