Violation 2 for a phone malfunction

This sucks I was given a level 2 violation for repetition of radar it was only twice water got on my phone it’s called a phone malfunction I’m so upset for the violation I was in the process of wiping my phone off and trying to say I’m sorry in the radar contact. I’m so over this it’s not fair. Complete over this game.

You can just appeal a violation that is maximum 7 days old
